"Empty Nester" (2021 Michigan Cottage Series) by Sharon K. Wojtas

An original painting of the Michigan State Bird ( Robin). An emotional painting representing the artist's own agony when each one of her babies left the next. The  original painting now turned to print was created using acrylic paints in teal, blue, gray, brown and robin red.

This Michigan Robin wall art piece works beautifully as a wall collage with other Cottage Series pieces such as "Apple Blossoms" and "Superior Aroma". The prints in this series will enhance any  room painted in neutral tones.

Options for this item include 1.5" stretched canvas or floating framed canvas in colors of white, silver, walnut, black and gold. Available sizes were chosen specifically based on printer recommendations.

Let us know if you are looking for an alternate surface or size option and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the size of the original painting.

Our Canvas Prints are created in the US on beautiful 1.5" stretched, gallery quality canvas with a lovely semi-gloss finish.

Select the framed option for an elegant alternative to a canvas only wall hanging. These stunning frames create a finished look and a slight space to float between the canvas and the frame. A floating framed canvas provides a sophisticated and graceful separation between the canvas and surroundings. Framed elegance arrives to you ready to hang in one package.

Embellished, painted prints created specifically for you can be ordered via the Create Your Heirloom section on the Main Menu.

All prints are numbered and arrive ready to hang, with the painting name and date on the back. A signed certificate of authenticity with your specific print number arrives separately.

All prints are shipped directly to you free of charge in the contiguous United States.
