Based on our 2020 zoo trips and from my own photography, a variety of styles and mediums were used in creating this series. The lion was inspired by the Detroit Zoo's baby lion Binti.  I photographed the tiger during feeding time.  He did not look happy to have the company. The giraffe was a baby caught during feeding time as well, while the zebra was oblivious to anyone watching. The abstracts were created with the colors and textures of the animals represented. Each picture makes a dynamic statement within any space.
